2. Troubleshooting app blocking

If selected apps or websites are not pausing, confirm that TiltLock still has the Screen Time permissions it needs, then reopen the app and reselect the apps or websites you want to block.

App blocking depends on Apple Screen Time and Family Controls APIs, device settings, and the selections you make in the app. It should not be treated as impossible to bypass.

3. Screen Time permission help

TiltLock may ask for Apple Screen Time or Family Controls permission before app blocking can work. If permission is missing or revoked, selected blocking features may not activate.

If permission prompts do not appear, check iOS Screen Time settings, restart the app, and make sure the app is updated.

4. Subscription / trial help

TiltLock may offer a 7-day free trial, then $3.99/month or $24.99/year. Purchases and trial eligibility are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscription presentation may use Superwall. The final price and terms shown by Apple at purchase time control your subscription.

5. Restore purchases

Use the restore purchases option in TiltLock if your active subscription is not recognized. Make sure you are signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.

6. Delete data

Use the data deletion tools in the app to remove locally stored reset data, notes, prayers, drafts, and settings where available.

Deleting local data does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage cancellations through Apple.
